EXECUTIVE COACHING

Having a skilled and trusted coach at key career transitions can be momumental in opening new possibilities and ways of being. We believe in the value of coaching  brings and in finding the right coach for the moment. We ensure a good coaching fit from the start. Beginning with interviews and 360º assessments, our coaches seek to understand the larger context for change, and then help the coachee make sense of and embody the new skills to achieve their goals.

BESPOKE Learning and DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

We recognize that the learning and development needs of our clients are different, based on their own history and forward trajectory. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to design the right content and mix of initiatives to address existing gaps in technical, soft, and power skills. Our design approach focuses on influencing business results, tying our efforts to specific KPIs.

MANAGER AS A COACH Program

In this program, we work with managers to build skills beyond directing the activities of their teams to coaching team members in the embodiment of new practices and their own career development.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR AN IDEA CULTURE

When creating a culture of greater inclusion, diversity, equity, and access, it is vital to have leadership model and advocate for the change they want to see. In this program, we work with leaders to build a greater awareness of systemic racism and how it shapes our world today, develop skills to listen to and empathize with those from different backgrounds, and define concrete actions to support a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive culture.

Trust is essential for organizations and teams to be effective and successful.
